Extend my team.

Add vetted engineers, designers and QA to the team you already have. They work your board, keep your standards and hand the work back documented — usually in place within two weeks, with a month’s notice either way.

The Roles

Connect with engineering talent you can put to work this month.

01

Software engineers

Back-end, front-end and full-stack people who join your existing repository and ship against the tickets you already have.

02

Mobile engineers

iOS, Android and React Native specialists who can pick up an app mid-flight, or start one without dragging the rest of the team off the web product.

03

Data and AI specialists

People who have put models into production, not just notebooks. Useful when you need a capability you cannot justify hiring full time.

04

Product designers

UI and UX designers who will sit in your standups, talk to the people using the product and hand engineers something they can actually build.

05

QA engineers

Manual and automated testers who write the suites, run them on real devices and stop regressions reaching your users.

06

DevOps and cloud

Pipeline, infrastructure and on-call cover so your product team is not also trying to be a platform team.

07

Commerce specialists

Shopify, Magento and custom storefront engineers who know the difference between a catalogue that converts and one that just exists.

08

Technical leads

Seniors who can run a small squad, review the work and report into your product owner without you having to hire a manager as well.

Hiring made easy.

1

We start under NDA

A mutual confidentiality agreement goes out before anyone discusses the product, the stack or the people you already have. Nothing leaves that conversation.

2

Tell us what you are missing

A half-hour call covering the stack, the seniority you need, how your team works and when you need somebody in place. If we are not the right fit we will say so on that call.

3

You get a staffing plan

We come back with the mix of roles, a realistic start date and a monthly rate. No padded benches and no "we will figure it out later".

4

You interview the shortlist

Two or three profiles per role, each with real project history. You run the interviews, set a task if you want one, and nobody joins without your say-so.

5

The team ramps in stages

Leads start first so they can learn your process. The rest of the squad follows once the board, the repository and the definition of done are clear.

6

They work the way you work

Your tools, your standups, your review rules. We do not impose a methodology; we fit the one you already run.

7

We stay on the line afterwards

A monthly check on output and fit, plus cover if somebody is away. Add a person, swap a skill or wind it down — all on a month's notice.

Not on the list? Ask anyway — this is what we place most often, not everything we cover.

Leads who have shipped

Every squad has a technical lead who has run production systems, not a coordinator reading from a script.

Our people, not a bench

You work with engineers on our payroll. We do not subcontract the work on to a third party you have never met.

In place within weeks

A shortlist normally lands within a week of the first call. Most people can start a fortnight after you agree terms.

They fit your tools

Your repository, your board, your chat. Integration is a day of access and a briefing, not a methodology change.

Scale either way

Add or release people with a month of notice. No severance, no recruitment fees, no awkward conversations.

Nothing hidden

A named delivery contact, a monthly rate in writing and a report on hours and output you can read in five minutes.

Hundreds of engineering skills, available sooner than a hire allows.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Search or open a question. If yours is not here, ask us on the call — we would rather answer it up front.

We place our engineers, designers or QA into your existing team for a defined stretch of work. You direct the tickets; we handle contracts, equipment, cover and continuity. They join your standup and your repository — they are not a separate vendor stream.

Software and mobile engineers, product designers, QA, DevOps, data and AI specialists, commerce engineers and technical leads. Most teams start with two people and grow from there. Mix the roles as the work demands.

A flat monthly rate per person covering salary, equipment, cover and management. The exact figure depends on the role and seniority, and you get it in writing before you commit. There are no recruitment fees and no surprise extras.

A shortlist normally lands within a week of the first call. Most people can start a fortnight after you agree terms. If you need cover this month rather than next quarter, say so on the first call and we will be honest about what is realistic.

You do. Intellectual property assigns to you as the work is produced, and that is written into the agreement rather than left to assume. When someone leaves, the documentation and access leave with the work, not with them.

Tell us in the first month and we replace them at our cost. After that the normal month of notice applies, and we will still help you find a replacement so you are not left with a hole in the board.

You direct the work as you would any team member. We handle contracts, equipment, HR and holiday cover, and you get a named delivery contact here for anything commercial or if someone is away.
